Run For Haiti Project
Please join me in this effort to raise $100,000 for the battered nation of Haiti. All money raised will go to Partners In Health, a fantasting NGO that has been on the ground in Haiti for well almost 30 years. This is an “active” challenge, meaning you have to run to help!

Weekly Binge Food Log
For those of you focusing on your body composition, you know how hard it is to stay focused and on point every…single…meal. I put out a protocol for managing weight over the winter and there are quite a few folks having success (awesome!).

My favorite part is the binge meal, my one fun meal a week. Join me on this project and post your own meals (just contact me for permission & details).
