Store Update: Ten Hours Product Expansion

I’m very pleased to announce the next phase of the Competitive Triathlon in 10Hours A Week eBook.  I have added a 9-page FAQ, a 17-minute video and the option to purchase a 30-minute jumpstart session with yours truly. These additions make the 10Hours System truly 100% self-serve while allowing you to drill down as deeply as you want.

Humble Beginnings
The 10Hours eBook has lasted for two years as a very reasonably priced resource for the self-coached triathlete. It still includes everything you needed to build your plan from scratch to get yourself ready on just 10 hours a week of training. To this day, there is still no other system out there for triathletes to build their own training plan from the ground up around the constraints of their daily life.

Whether you are training for sprints, Olympic, Half Iron or Ironman distance triathlons, the book has you covered with 140+ pages of everything from general planning documents to race-specific planning spreadsheets. With over 800 copies sold, many of you have written to me asking for more guidance and information.  I have been listening and taking notes, and I’ve decided that it’s time to take the game to the next level!

The Ten Hours Breakdown
As of today the 10Hours System now has three levels: Basic, Advanced, and Rockstar. These range from total Do-It-Yourself (Basic) to Everything-But-The-Kitchen-Sink (Rockstar). You can choose the bare minimum or sign up for a high touch, 1:1 jumpstart session with me.  My goal at the end of those 30 minutes is to make sure that you have the best possible plan with exactly the right workouts that you need to crush your upcoming season.

How To Get It
Simply point your browser over to the eBook website here: www.tenhoursebook.com, and click Buy Now button to see all of the available resources and weigh your purchase options.

For people who’ve already purchased the eBook, and want to upgrade to get a jumpstart session, please head over to the contact page and let me know your situation.

Really excited to make this happen and to have you be a part of it.

Patrick
