Good theme and look forward to the the positive lessons to be learned, both for use on the IM course and in the days and hours in between. There is no substitute for time in the saddle and small improvements learned in the process each year accumulate to a signficant advantage. Look at Riis and CSC - there is no single breakthrough that makes them the best pro cycling team, it&#039;s just a relentless pursuit of incremental improvements, efficiencies, and the psychological boost from knowing you are doing all the &quot;little&quot; right stuff based on experience. Keep it coming!</description>
