If you happen to be near the UT campus (we stayed on campus) you might enjoy swimming outdoors in their lap pool (10lanes + 50meter) and $10 gets you into the facility. There's also a cool film exhibit / display nearby in their performance arts(?) center...check it if you've time. <br>Lastly, I had a great run along the river trail, you'll see as you come into the city.
