Week 14 of the OutSeason and after a few days of just being aerobic and taking a slight down cycle, I feel a bit more human. 100%? Not yet. But certainly getting better in terms of work.
Week 13 of the OutSeason happened, but didn’t really happen for me. Cumulative lack of sleep, despite two good nights this past week, has really taken it’s toll. I started with the best of intentions, but finished pretty weakly…I am just training to get training done. The only main set I am worried about is my sleep vDOT!
Week 12 of the OutSeason has been less than kind to me. I was riding a bit of a high coming out of last week’s ITT result, and the real-world was there waiting in the shadows to kick me in the nuts. Nothing too bad, mind you, but the picture above tells the story: I simply did less work this week. Nuff said.
