As we start another month, I wanted to begin the practice of keeping you updated on what I am doing behind the scenes here. I work in parallel universes between this blog and Endurance Nation, so this effort is both to keep a record but also to keep me focused!

The Site: I officially moved the site from 10hoursaweek.com to patrickjohnmccrann.com. This is partly for personal branding, but moreso because I plan to be generating specific content beyond the scope of the initial “Competitive Triathlon in 10 Hours A Week” project. Having multiple items show up on a site targeting products only seemed like a bad idea. Hopefully will have some more edits shortly, but for now the heavy lifting is done.

The Content: I am doing better on a regular writing schedule, but could certainly do more. I am working right now on framing out the “Endurance Lifestyle Project” (aka ELP), and will be putting up some bigger picture posts on what all of this means. This will then form the basis for the initial email outreach on the site.

The Products: The 10hours eBook is still for sale, you can download a free version or purchase it over here on it’s own website (so exciting!). In terms of new stuff, I am working on writing up my current weight loss strategy for an eBook release targeting January. In preparation for that, I am doing a ton of nutrition-oriented reading. If you have any recommendations, please send them over to me via Twitter!

As always please remember that I am also on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn — feel free to catch up with me there if you’d like.
