Believe it or not, but the Sprint Triathlon distance training files are finally ready! Now when you purchase Competitive Triathlon in 10Hours A Week, the Sprint Distance files will be included along with the IM, HIM, and Olympic distance files. The planning files include info on your overall training structure and the weekly templates, but you will also need to review info on Big Week Training, IronCamp, etc.
The planning templates are a set of excel spreadsheets that contain the forms you need to complete to draft your Ironman training plan using the 10Hours A Week methodology. If you have already purchased the 10Hours book and haven’t received the Sprint update, please email me [pjm@performancetrainingsystems.com] and I will get this files to you ASAP.
