The concept behind the 10Hours Wiki, and any wiki for that matter, is to share up-to-date information in a single place. Instead of answering individual emails, I’m taking it global. Having this resource on-line, in a single space, means I can keep it up-to-date and relevant. The 10Hours Wiki is the repository for all things training-oriented. If I write it, it will be in there. And therefore you win…
My biggest beef with hard-copy training books is that the author gets off easy. After a few solid hours/days/weeks of writing, their part is done. And you, the reader/athlete, are left to try and figure everything out. I guess you could always wait until the updated version of the book comes out in a few years…but you might not even want to be a triathlete anymore by the time that happens!
As it stands now, the 10Hours Wiki is still very young. There is a lot of information in there, but it’s a bit scattered. This week I will be working to organize it into a more user-friendly resource. I’d love to get your help in this process…perhaps if you have the time to take a gander you can shoot me an email to contact[at]10hoursaweek[dot]com with your suggestion(s). I’ll be sure to let you know if your input helps out!
Welcome to my corner of the Web.
