Thanks to all of you who are interested in the 10Hours approach to training…I really appreciate your emails and comments. Your input has only confirmed that a time-centric, real-world approach to successful training is desperately needed. Lucky me.
Just so you know that I have actually been hard at work here in the freezing New England winter, I wanted to put up a screenshot from the Excel Templates I am creating. These templates will eventually be included with all copies of the 10Hours Book: Competitive Triathlon in 10Hours A Week.

As you can see, there will be select key workouts (samples included) during the week, with room for you to fill in remaining workouts as you see fit. In other words, there are key workouts that need to be done every week…what you do after they are complete is up to you.
