After much work, I am excited to announce that the Ironman Planning Templates are now available when you purchase Competitive Triathlon in 10Hours A Week. This took a while, but I really wanted to spend some time doing the files properly. Training for an IM on 10 Hours A Week is no small thing. The planning files include info on your overall training structure and the weekly templates, but you will also need to review info on Big Week Training, IronCamp, etc.
The planning templates are a set of excel spreadsheets that contain the forms you need to complete to draft your Ironman training plan using the 10Hours A Week methodology. If you have already purchased the 10Hours book and haven’t received the Ironman update, please email me [pjm@performancetrainingsystems.com] and I will get this files to you ASAP.
