Nothing gets me more fired up than a crappy phone tree. Sometimes I seriously wonder if I am just a rat, in a maze, with some massive scientist watching me from above…flicking switches at the last possible second to prevent me from getting to the person I want. Reality of it is that as soon as I hear the recording, my tiny brain starts multitasking (bad idea) and I can’t even remember what the damn options were in the first place. While the jury is out as to whether or not I am wasting my own time, we can all agree that phone trees simply suck.
