Those of you who know me know that I am a passionate advocate for yoga and core strength training. I think consistent yoga practice does a lot to connect our minds to our bodies, and also helps build a deeper awareness or relationship between our conscious and unconscious minds. Instead of waking up one morning and finding out your piriformis is harder than a concrete runway, your yoga practice will make you well aware of growing issues and will give you a way to address them before these issues become full-fledged problems.
I just found out about Yoga Today, a free one-hour yoga workout – via your computer – delivered every day. You can sign up via iTunes or another player on the actual website itself. I haven’t tried it yet, but you can’t be a hack that has you doing real yoga – every day – and cuts out: your commute, your change time, etc. What are you waiting for???
