Folks, it’s official. I busted a 10:06 at Ironman USA last Sunday, good enough for 30th overall, 7th in my AG, and an outright Kona slot. It has been a tough year moving to a new house, being Mr. Mom 2 days a week, etc., but despite going from 20-hour weeks (old me) to averaging 10-14 hours (new me), I actually went faster. Unbelievable. You can read the full report over on my personal blog. Thanks to all of you for your support…hopefully this is proof the 1ohours methodology really can work for you!
