Watching the Winter Olympics has been a really inspirational experience for me. Week 13 of the OutSeason happened, but didn’t really happen for me. Cumulative lack of sleep, despite two good nights this past week, has really taken it’s toll. I started with the best of intentions, but finished pretty weakly…I am just training to get training done. The only main set I am worried about is my sleep vDOT!
